Caitlin Armsworthy joined HSMC as the Strategic Engagement Manager in the summer of 2021. She has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality, engagement, and meetings/events industry.

Caitlin received her bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from The University of Delaware. Just after graduation, Caitlin moved to Washington DC to begin her career in convention management at Gaylord National. Caitlin has worked for major hotel chains such as Marriott and Hilton and spent the six years before joining HSMC planning international and domestic conferences, and sponsorship programming for a DC trade association.

Caitlin lives locally with her husband, baby boy, and sweet rottweiler Daisy!
