The Struggle for Freedom exhibit will be closed for renovations beginning November 4, 2024.

Maryland Dove will be off the dock Saturday, June 14, 2025, as the ship’s crew undertakes passenger sails in the St. Mary’s River. 

The Visitor Center, all outdoor living history exhibits, and the Museum Shop (at its new location inside the Visitor Center) are closed Thursday, June 19, 2025, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.
